💥 Одна из звёздных ролей Гэри Купера - Джордан в фильме «По ком звонит колокол» (1943) по роману Хемингуэя. Марию играет Ингрид Бергман.

👉 Собирая материал для своего романа, Хемингуэй провел два вечера в мадридском отеле «Флорида», выпивая с македонским добровольцем полковником Ксанти, знатоком приключений испанских партизан. Скорее всего, Ксанти и стал прототипом главного героя романа - Джордана.

Только Хемингуэй так и не узнал, что его консультант и собутыльник Ксанти был на самом деле советским военным советником, уполномоченным Развед управления - Хаджи-Умаром Мамсуровым.

Прототип Джордана похоронен на Новодевичьем кладбище. Ну чем не Гари Купер на барельефе? А рядом еще жена Мамсурова - аргентинка Лина, которая должна была убить Франко - отдельная невероятная история.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government.
