Установилась типичная для тыловой части циклона / передней части антициклона погода. Холодно, отдельные кучевые облака, местами грозы, ветренно. Быстро приходит гроза, быстро уходит. Все как по учебнику.

Ветра при таких раскладах дуют северо-западные. Соответственно туда (правее от того места, где садится Солнце в это время года) и надо поглядывать, когда вы на улице. Заприметели в той стороне кучеводождевое облако - через 15 минут пойдет дождь.
