'Dear Mr. Mashanov, we are only competent to receive the application, if you can provide us with the proof that you are permanently living in Georgia (for example by residence permit, rental agreements, work contracts) and that Georgia is your established domicile. We would like to point out that the German Embassy in Tbilisi cannot process your visa application, if your place of residence has not been in Georgia for at least 6 Months.
If you do not have a residence permit for Georgia, you should have a border crossing certificate issued by the service agency of the Georgian Ministry of the Interior'

Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets.
