Есть популярное мнение, что шенгенскую визу в Грузии можно оформить, только имея ВНЖ, но в консульстве Германии мне ответили, что достаточно будет доказательства вроде договора аренды или рабочего контракта, плюс сертификата от МВД о том, что вы въехали в страну больше 6 месяцев назад. Кто-нибудь пробовал на практике получить этот сертификат?

We would like to point out that the German Embassy in Tbilisi cannot process your visa application, if your place of residence has not been in Georgia for at least 6 Months.
If you do not have a residence permit for Georgia, you should have a border crossing certificate issued by the service agency of the Georgian Ministry of the Interior'
