По постановлению прокуратуры Плюсского района от 2 октября, Наталью Иванову привлекли к административной ответственности за недостижение результата расходования бюджетных средств, выделенных на строительство Центра культурного развития в Лядах (часть 3 статьи 15.15.3 КоАП РФ).
Это следует из ответа региональной прокуратуры депутату областного Собрания от «Яблока» Артуру Гайдуку.
С применением статьи 4.1.1 КоАП РФ назначенный административный штраф (от 10 до 30 тысяч рублей или дисквалификацию на срок от одного года до двух лет) замененили на предупреждение.
Напомним, что по обращению депутата областного Собрания от «Яблока» Артура Гайдука Следственный комитет возбудил уголовное дело о мошенничестве в работе с пяти проектами по развитию Плюсского района. Одним из этих проектов является Центр культурного развития в Лядах.
