Застройщик AVA Group займется строительством инфраструктуры создаваемого в подмосковном Серпухове индустриального парка «Пущино». Соглашение о реализации масштабного инвестиционного проекта заключено между AVA Group, АО «Большой Серпухов» и правительством Московской области, сообщает пресс-служба девелопера.
В рамках индустриального парка «Пущино» построят более 90 тыс. кв. м производственных и лабораторных корпусов. По итогам реализации проекта появятся свыше 1 тыс. рабочих мест. Объем частных инвестиций в развитие индустриального парка превысит 4 млрд руб.
Напомним, совладельцем девелопера является Умар Кремлёв, который курирует проект "Большой Серпухов" по поручению президента.
