Бутырский суд Москвы продлил меру пресечения студентке ВШЭ Марии Платоновой, обвиняемой в «склонение к массовым беспорядкам» (ч. 1.1 ст. 212 УК РФ) из-за комментариев, которые девушка якобы оставила в паблике «Что-Делать!».
Мария останется под домашним арестом до 29 февраля.
Под домашним арестом девушка находится с осени 2021 года. Другие фигуранты дела о протестном телеграм-канале «Что-Делать!» содержатся в СИЗО.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
