В ряды курсантов вступили первые три десятка ребят, которые скоро начинают пятидневные учебные сборы. В целом за год «Авангард» может охватить порядка тысячи человек.
Курсанты будут познавать основы военной службы, а именно основы тактической, строевой, огневой, физической, военно-медицинской подготовки и правила радиационной, химической и биологической защиты. При этом особое внимание военно-патриотическому воспитанию и физическому развитию молодежи. Для этого в центре созданы все условия для практических занятий, в том числе для физической подготовки.

In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
