И еще...мне вот почему-то подумалось, что мы недооцениваем и не понимаем что-то в этом противостоянии... "Грубый торгаш и принципиальный идеалист в гимнастерке". "Давид и Голиаф" или типа того? Так ведь нарисуют? Видимо упускаем что-то в духе силы мученичества политического, хоть и в лайт-версии. Я не про эффективность хода, а про то, что так политико-эстетически развернут.
Я если что про то, как все можно развернуть, а не про то, как есть. Искусство возможного и все такое.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
