В качестве компенсации предложил скидку 30% на билеты эконом-класса от/до Пхукета и 5 тыс. миль "Аэрофлот Бонус". При этом цены перелетов превышают 80 тыс. руб. на маршруте Екатеринбург - Пхукет.
Понятно, что утешительный приз пассажиров не устроил - они собираются массово подавать досудебные претензии или судебные иски. Ситуацией уже заинтересовалась и Свердловская транспортная прокуратура.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
