В основном за счёт налогов на прибыль и на добычу полезных ископаемых, а также безвозмездных поступлений из федерального бюджета. Дополнительные средства направят на ЖКХ, соцподдержку населения, включая помощь участникам СВО и их семьям и другие цели.
