Напомним, сейчас, если возникает ситуация, когда участники ДДУ должны уплатить неустойку, то период с 1 июля 2023 до 31 декабря 2024 в расчет неустоек и штрафов не включается.
Если застройщик не передаст объект долевого строительства в срок, он должен заплатить участнику неустойку в размере одной трехсотой ставки рефинансирования ЦБ РФ от суммы договора за каждый день задержки.
