Российские компании стали брать кредиты в Беларуси
Сбербанк начал предлагать бизнесу брать кредиты в Беларуси, где у него работает дочерний банк, рассказали в нескольких компаниях. Ставки там значительно ниже чем в России. В Беларуси ставка рефинансирования составляет 9,5%, а уровень средних ставок по корпоративным кредитам в белорусских рублях составляет 10,27% годовых.
«Однако рынок кредитования в Беларуси в 40 раз меньше, чем в России, поэтому и лимиты, которые банки там могут предложить крупным клиентам, существенно ниже. Такой инструмент скорее более интересен средним предприятиям», — указывает директор по банковским рейтингам «Эксперт РА» Юлия Якупова.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
