Партии угля от 100 тыс. т получат скидку в размере 4%, от 150 тыс. т — 6%, а далее еще 2% за каждые дополнительные 50 тыс. к общей скидке. Поставки в объеме от 500 тыс. т грузовладельцы смогут перевалить с 20-процентной скидкой. Все эти преференции прилагаются к базовой ставке в $17,1, такая цена на услуги стивидора действует с февраля 2025 года. В абсолютном выражении крупные поставщики смогут получить скидку почти в $3,5, конечная стоимость за тонну угля будет на уровне $13,68.
Как поясняют в ОТЭКО, внедрение этой скидочной шкалы направлено, в частности, на повышение конкурентоспособности российской угольной отрасли на международных рынках и обеспечение устойчивого развития экспорта.
