Промзоне №54 "Прожектор" (как же романтично называются промзоны в Москве) по сути конец.

ДГИ выкинул 3 проекта-уачстка по её редевелопменту. Добавляем ещё участок Плеханова, 11 (1) - который в начале окучивал Эталон, но реализовывать будет ПИК. И участок Главстроя на Плеханова (2).

В Перово давно не было нового предложения, а проект "Кусковская, 12" все задолбались уже ждать. Интересно, что быстрее произойдет - Терлецкий парк достроят или Кусковская стартанет.
