На ЗУ "Проектируемый 4062-й, 8" согласовали 144 тыс. кв. м жилья с высотность 250 метров. Привыкайте дети. 250 метров - нормальная высотность для Москвы. Её нужно будет строить во многих проектах. Поэтому надо закладывать актуальные цифры на СМР в фин. модели, а не "мы еще так штаб квартиру на Мосфильме строили". И не ходить потом, не рыдать, что ой, мы не знали, ой, мы хотели все в 100 метрах построить и тд.

На визуализациях скорее всего "бумажный" проект от ноунейм бюро Amirov Architects. Согласует застройку УЭЗ. А тут два пути - либо эпично проваливать продажи и демпинговать рынок, либо толкнуть проект какому-то рыночному девелоперу.
