Вот такой домик согласовывают на месте пустыря - ЗУ "Нововоротниковский, 4/1". Там долгое время стояло здание в сетке, но потом как и любое другое здание в сетке разложилось на плесень и липовый мед.

Домик не жилой, а общественный - 7,5 тыс. кв. м и 350 эксплуатируемой кровли - вот тут она очень актуальна. Центр, Новослободская - настоящий кайф наблюдать за городом из такой локации. Сейчас правда эксплуатируемую кровлю на башнях с высотой 100+ метров пытаются сделать. Зачем? Почему? Покажет время.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
