Большая Академическая 85 от ПИК выползла на рынок. Ценник старта в стиле пика 2020 - 205 тыс. руб./кв. м, учитывая, что Грин Парк торгуется сейчас по 200 тыс. руб./кв. м, а Ильменский 17 по 190 тыс. руб./кв. м, не будет повышения цены, а скорее всего откат вниз, как было с Волжским парком, Красноказарменной. Поколение, которое продавалось напротив до 200 тыс. никогда не доползало, а основные продажи пришлись на уровень цен - 160-170 тыс. руб./кв. м.

По ходу пик в пределах мкад дешевле двух сотен выходить не планирует. Одна надежда на Ижорскую.

И название - "большая" теперь новый "парк" у пика)
