Цены в проекты перегреты. Куда они должны вырасти - нуууу до уровня сданной ПСН Айм Павелецкая, которая находится в 1000 раз лучше. Ну или Айм к тому моменту начнёт разваливаться, а тут оп 3 квартал 2025 года и новенький Сити сдаётся.
Если есть вера в локацию - велком, а если кажется, что сортировка мусора и жд пути не родня бизнес-классу - смотрите другое.
