К старту готовится проект Forst от Forma - нового бренда от ПИК. Проект был перепроектирован. Уже собирают ждунов на сайте. #выходблизко

Продукт для первого проекта нового бренда скорее удался, чем провалился. Однако, интересно какая разница в цене между Формой и старым ПИКом, скорее всего значительно ниже, чем компания потеряла время на перепроектирование и прочие плюшки в себестоимости.

Сам ПИК начал замыкать цикл: панель (КОПЭ) - разнообразие (ПИК1, Вандер, Пресня) - панель (СЭМ, 33) - разнообразие (Форма). Бизнес и подходы к нему цикличны. Только цикл замыкать сейчас неудачное решение, так как рынок пойдёт на спад, а красота на спаде людьми не ценится. Поэтому откат на панель ждём в следующей серии или новом году.

Ожидаем цены по Форсту по 400+ тыс. руб./кв. м.
