Греческое печенье с необычным названием КУЛУРАКЬЯ готовится так же быстро, как и съедается👍

✅мука-250 гр
✅морковь-150 гр
✅масло растит.-50 мл
✅вода-50 мл
✅сахар-по вкусу(2-3 ст.л.)
✅разрыхлитель-1/2 ч.л.
✅ванилин-щепотка
✅соль-щепотка.
⠀
✏Морковь (сырую) натираем на мелкой терке или измельчаем в блендере.
✏Муку просеиваем с солью, ванилином и разрыхлителем.Смешиваем с сахаром.
✏Добавляем масло, воду, измельченную морковь.
✏Замешиваем однородное, слегка липнущее тесто.
✏Делим на небольшие кусочки, раскатываем в жгутик, замыкаем в кольцо.
✏Выпекаем при 190 градусах около 10 мин.Охладить.Ангела за трапезой😇
