Трамвайно-троллейбусное управление Томска заявило мэрии города, что износ подвижного состава на предприятии уже перешёл все критические точки. Трамваи изношены на 90%, а троллейбусы — на все 100%. Эту информацию 29 сентября на заседании комитета городского хозяйства администрации Томска озвучил директор ТТУ Пётр Максимов.
Максимов также заявил, что 25 трамвайных вагонов уже отслужили более 30 лет.
В качестве решения проблемы ТТУ предлагает мэрии Томска обратиться в Москву с просьбой прислать им 20 трамваев, которые в столице были выведены из эксплуатации.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
