🔸او روز یکشنبه دوم دی‌ماه در گفت‌وگو با شبکه خبری الجزیره از دمشق گفت که دولت جدید سوریه متعهد است زنان سوری را در نهادهای اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی مشارکت دهد و از زنان شایسته در «نقش‌های کلیدی» ازجمله در حوزه‌های بهداشت و آموزش استفاده کند.

🔸خانم الدبس با دعوت از زنان تمام استان‌ها و قومیت‌های سوریه به شرکت در کنفرانس ملی این کشور که در آن دربارهٔ آینده کشور بحث خواهد شد گفته است: «برای همه مشخص است که #زنان_سوری از نظر تاریخی بسیار مؤثر بوده‌اند و می‌توانند در تمام زمینه‌ها رهبری را به عهده بگیرند و امروز در حال بازگرداندن نقش پیشرو زنان در ساختن کشور جدید و آزادی که همه آرزو داریم، هستیم.»
