В отношении 33-летней женщины возбудили уголовное дело по статье о мошенничестве в особо крупном размере.
По версии следствия, она получила свыше 13 млн рублей от 52 человек. Об этом сообщает прокуратура Краснодарского края в своём Telegram-канале.
Блогер записывала видеоролики и рассказывала о своём «пути к успеху». Она предлагала подписчикам вложиться в проект, чтобы получить доход в размере от 99% до 1 000% годовых.
При этом деньги на самом деле никуда не инвестировались и оставались на её счетах. Для возмещения ущерба на имущество обвиняемой наложили арест.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
