Четыре региона Северного Кавказа вошли в число субъектов с наименьшим числом вакансий на одного соискателя на конец сентября 2024 года. Абсолютным лидером по этому показателю является Ингушетия, где открыто 0,01 вакансии на человека.
В Чечне 0,1 вакансии на человека (или 19 соискателей на одну вакансию), в Тыве — 0,47 вакансии на соискателя, Дагестане — 0,52 вакансии на соискателя (2 человека на вакансию), в Северной Осетии — 1 вакансия на человека. В остальных регионах на каждого соискателя приходится более 1 вакансии.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
