Средняя стоимость лота на рынке недвижимости Краснодара за год выросла на 4% с 8,4 млн рублей до 8,7 млн рублей. При этом средняя стоимость 1 кв. м жилья, по данным экспертов, уменьшилась на 1% до 160,1 тысяч рублей.
