«Ипотечный рынок требует пристального внимания со стороны регулятора, так как резкий рост ипотечного портфеля и рост цен на недвижимость может сформировать финансовый «пузырь», который может серьезно ударить по стабильности финансового сектора и доходам населения», — говорится в заключении ведомства.
В СП напомнили, что по итогам пошлого года ипотечный портфель вырос на 21%, превысив результат 2019 года, и на 1 января 2021 года составил 9,5 трлн. руб.
