По версии следствия, Вячеслав Вахрин получил от бизнесмена Алексея Гоцыка взятку в размере 13 млн руб. в виде скидки на покупку двух квартир в элитном ЖК Тюмени.
Взамен замгубернатора должен был оказать бизнесмену содействие в его делах. Кроме того, в материалах суда фигурирует компания «Тюмень Водоканал», которая занимается очисткой и подачей воды в городе.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
