Турция — партнер России с большой перерабатывающей мукомольной промышленностью, и поэтому страны готовы вместе вернутся к Черноморской инициативе.
Но, как отметил президент, сейчас РФ будет работать самостоятельно. В ближайшие дни Россия начнет безвозмездно поставлять в шесть африканских стран 25-50 тыс тонн зерна: «Мы готовы. Хотим работать, работаем и будем работать по всем этим направлениям».
