Правительство РФ внесло изменения в программы льготной ипотеки, сообщила пресс-служба Минфина. Так, увеличен предельный размер кредита по дальневосточной и арктической ипотеке с ₽6 до ₽9 млн. Кроме того, правительство приняло решение о повышении до 30% первого взноса по льготной ипотеке под 8% годовых.
Максимальный размер льготного ипотечного кредита по всей России теперь составляет ₽6 млн.
