За организацию незаконной миграции с подделкой документов юрлицам теперь грозит штраф от ₽5 до ₽10 млн с конфискацией, а при повторном нарушении закона — от ₽10 до ₽60 млн. Также ужесточается ответственность за подделку разрешающих документов и их сбыт. За это будет грозить штраф от ₽40 до ₽80 тыс с конфискацией, а при повторном правонарушении — от ₽100 до ₽200 тыс.
