۴-آنهایی که باعث میشوند سایه غم و حسرت بر نگاهم چیره شود . ۵-آنها که باعث می شوند اعتماد به نفسم را از دست بدهم . ۶- آنهایی که چوب لای چرخ زندگیم می گذارند .
او گفت :اگر یک ماه این رژیم را رعایت کنم ؛ کلی از بیماریهای فکری و وسواسی من کم میشود و کیفیت زندگی ام بالا میرود
بنظر من هم رژیم خوبیست👌
