"Со всей силовой составляющей государства расходы на нее выйдут за 8%. В этой системе расходов Минобороны играет ключевую роль. Ведомство осуществляет закупки, остальные силовые структуры следуют за этим выбором", — отметил он.
Также МО РФ выстраивает всю систему обороны страны с привлечением других силовых ведомств. От этого тоже зависят расходы, подчеркнул президент.
