دیمیتری پسکوف، سخنگوی کرملین، در یک کنفرانس خبری گفت: «باید کسی زلنسکی را مجبور کند تا نظرش را تغییر دهد. او صلح نمی‌خواهد. باید کسی او را مجبور به خواستن صلح کند».
