Председатель правительства РФ Михаил Мишустин дал поручение предоставить отсрочку по уплате налогов и страховых взносов предпринимателям в Курской области.
Отсрочка будет предоставлена на 12 месяцев с последующей рассрочкой их уплаты и коснется предпринимателей, ведущих деятельность на приграничной территории Курской области.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
