Как следует из анализа РИА Новости данных Единой межведомственной информационно-статистической системы, самые высокие ежемесячные выплаты были на Чукотке - 185 тысяч рублей, Ямало-Ненецком автономном округе - 164 тысячи рублей и Москве - 162 тысячи рублей.
Всего же зарплаты выше 100 тысяч рублей были в 11 регионах: помимо вышеназванных субъектов такую сумму в среднем в месяц получали в Магаданской и Сахалинской областях, Ненецком и Ханты-Мансийском автономных округах, Камчатском крае и Якутии. Также к ним в прошлом году добавились Мурманская область и Санкт-Петербург.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
