Как следует из судебных материалов, имеющихся в распоряжении РИА Новости, протокол поступил в суд ещё в конце февраля, но его вернули обратно в полицию для устранения недостатков – в материалах не было сведений о том, что он был направлен или вручен Лебедеву, как этого требует законодательство.
Во второй раз проблем с рассмотрением не было. Суд 7 марта признал дизайнера виновным в совершении правонарушения. Его оштрафовали, но сумма не уточняется.
Часть 2 статьи 5.26 КоАП предусматривает наказание в виде штрафа от 30 до 50 тысяч рублей для физлиц и от 100 до 200 тысяч для должностных лиц.
