Арбитражный суд города Москвы в сентябре 2024 года отказал ГУ МЧС России по Воронежской области в иске к подрядчику «Бамстройпуть». Это решение в ноябре поддержал и Девятый арбитражный апелляционный суд.
Региональное ведомство хотело добиться расторжения трех контрактов, заключенных со строительной компанией в 2011 и 2012 годах на возведение и реконструкцию объектов Воронежского института повышения квалификации сотрудников ГПС МЧС. Кроме этого, планировалось взыскать неустойку.
