Друзья! Сегодня Югра отмечает свое 94-летие со дня образования.
Югра - оплот энергетической и экономической безопасности страны, один из лидеров среди субъектов по уровню рождаемости и продолжительности жизни, по уровню цифровизации, социального благополучия и комфорта жителей.
А для меня Югра — это, в первую очередь, родной дом, где я родился и вырос, многому научился, приобрел друзей. Я люблю эту землю с ее суровой, но щедрой природой и главное - с людьми, трудолюбивыми и талантливыми.
Поздравляю вас, дорогие земляки, с этой датой! У нас есть повод городиться своей землей. Пусть же и Югра гордится нами!
Желаю всем югорчанам крепкого здоровья, благополучия и уверенности в завтрашнем дне!

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
