12 марта мы направили владельцам этих соцсетей уведомление о включении в реестр. Теперь в нем 15 площадок: ВКонтакте, Одноклассники, Telegram, LiveJournal, Пикабу, Дзен, RuTube, YouTube, Likee, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitch, Discord и Yappy.
Согласно закону о самоконтроле (№ 530-ФЗ) соцсети обязаны самостоятельно выявлять и блокировать запрещенную информацию — детскую порнографию, суицидальный, пронаркотический контент и др. Чтобы пользователи могли пожаловаться на размещение такого контента, соцсети обязаны разместить форму обратной связи. За несоблюдение закона владельцам грозит штраф до ₽8 млн.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks.
