В марте Арбитражный суд Москвы признал недействительным одностороннее расторжение немецким производителем договора, заключенного с РЖД в 2011 году, на обслуживание парка из 294 электропоездов «Ласточка» и обязал его исполнять обязанности. Он отметил, что ограничительные меры не могут быть применены к уже исполнявшимся договорам, согласно разъяснениям самого ЕС, а также обратил внимание, что в приведенных Siemens регламентах ЕС ничего не сказано о запрете на оказание услуг по обслуживанию поездов.
Ранее суд удовлетворил заявление РЖД о взыскании с компании неустойки в размере 16,1 млн руб. за неисполнение договора по обслуживанию поездов «Сапсан» и 6 млн руб. в день за неисполнение договора по их поставкам.
