Для завершения сделки компания должна продать все акции своего подразделения Hitachi Rail STS France, занимающегося выпуском и реализацией систем сигнализации, вместе с площадками в Рьоме и Лез-Юлисе, а также интеллектуальными правами на ряд сигнальных решений. Кроме того, она должна реализовать все активы в сфере магистральных ж/д технологий СЦБ в Великобритании и Германии вместе с портфелем заказов. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
