Эксплуатировавшаяся ранее в столице трехсекционная машина была доставлена в город в конце июля. Сообщается, что в рамках тестирования на маршруте №5 она перевозит только служебных пассажиров. Сроки ввода в полноценную эксплуатацию не называются.
По данным портала transphoto, в Уфу доставлено 3 таких трамвая. Также город сейчас проводит тендер стоимостью 11,7 млн руб. на услуги по транспортировке еще 20 таких машин. В июле мэрия города сообщала ТАСС, что Уфа получит 69 этих трамваев на безвозмездной основе.
Трамваи 71-414 поставлялись в Москву в 2014-2016 годах «Уралтрансмашем» и польской Pesa. В конце 2023-го столица вывела их из эксплуатации. В администрации Уфы заявляли, что это произошло «в связи с переходом на гарантийное сервисное обслуживание». В свою очередь в «Технике железных дорог» указывали на практическую невозможность закупки запчастей для ремонта и обслуживания трамваев на фоне санкций.
