На самом деле, я думаю, что писать очередную жалобу на имя и адрес УК просто бесполезно (они их маринуют), и надо тупо бомбить сайт Кремля вопросами, почему зимой в центре Петербурга смертельно опасно находиться. Это тоже не чудодейственно, но хоть ответят в течение 30 календарных. Интересно же почитать

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
