Правоохранительными органами Ингушетии за совершение преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст.280 УК РФ, разыскивается уроженец ст.Орджоникидзевская Сунженского района ЧИАССР, АУШЕВ Адам Магометович, 24.02.1985 г.р.
Следственными органами 04.03.2022 возбуждено соответствующее уголовное дело. Установлено, что А.Аушев разместил на подконтрольном ему канале в видеохостинге YouTube видеоматериалы, содержащие публичные призывы к осуществлению экстремистской деятельности.
Расследование уголовного дела продолжается, проводится комплекс необходимых следственных действий и оперативно-разыскных мероприятий по документированию всех обстоятельств совершенного преступления.
Преступление выявлено ЦПЭ МВД по РИ совместно с ФСБ России.
