Арбитражный суд Республики Башкортостан после длительных судебных разбирательств вынес решение о взыскании более 297 млн. руб. платы за НВОС с предприятия (А07-19919/2022).
В ходе проверки совместно с ФСБ Управлением обнаружено, что на сельскохозяйственных землях размещались отходы птицеводства. В декларации о плате за НВОС не рассчитана плата за отходы птицеводства и направлено требование об уплате задолженности. Предприятие отказалось выполнить требование о добровольной оплате в установленные сроки и Управление обратилось с иском в суд.
Суд поддержал требование Управления и обязал предприятие погасить задолженность по плате за НВОС.
Данное решение является предупреждением всем предприятиям занимающимся обращением с отходами и напоминанием о необходимости соблюдать природоохранное законодательство.

Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
