По данным агентства, они обещали исполнителям теракта 800 тыс. рублей (100 тыс. авансом и 700 тыс. после), новые паспорта и вывоз их из РФ через Белоруссию.
Задержанных в Турции координаторов Хофизджона Усмонова, Мутеулла Усоева, Рахматулла Саликова, Мухаммадрахима Файзова и Хамзу Мухаммеда также подозревают в членстве в ИГИЛ (запрещено в РФ).
