Привлечь участников боевых действий к работе с детьми хотят, в том числе, создав «Центр развития военно-спортивной подготовки и патриотического воспитания молодежи» во всех регионах России.
Предполагается, что на эти цели в 2025-2030 годах из бюджета выделят дополнительные средства
