🔴 нутовый хашбраун 🔴 морковка + авокадо 🔴 яблоко
Обед приготовила с вечера: 🔴 пюре из батата + картофеля с зеленым луком. Пюре почти никогда не делаем, впервые решила смешать батат и немного картофеля + оливковое масло и зеленый лук - блюдо очень понравилось Диме 😃) 🔴 чечевичная пицца + кабачок 🔴 оливки, черри
А на ужин была еда, которую забрали из садика: 🔴 щи + добавила нут 🔴 тушеная белокочанная капуста с морковью 🔴 гренки с хумусом (это не садиковское)
Январь выдался довольно загруженным, не удается часто радовать контентом вас, но я занимаюсь тем, что вам точно понравится, скоро смогу поделиться 🙌
