Согласно проекту постановления, в действующий перечень из 12 городов предлагается добавить Гусиноозерск, Селенгинск, Улан-Удэ, Махачкалу, Кызыл, Абакан, Черногорск, Барнаул, Петровск-Забайкальский, Ачинск, Лесосибирск, Минусинск, Уссурийск, Комсомольск-на-Амуре, Чегдомын, Астрахань, Ангарск, Зиму, Иркутск, Свирск, Усолье-Сибирское, Черемхово, Шелехов, Кемерово, Курган, Искитим, Новочеркасск, Ростов-на-Дону и Южно-Сахалинск.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
